Very comfortable, perfect for business trips or family vacations. Because of its economical price.

The hotel staff was friendly. They offered assistance and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

The room is comfortable, fragrant, spacious too, didn't expect it to be this homey. AC, toilet, hot water are all satisfying. Ordering food here is also delicious home cooking. I asked for late checkout, but it wasn't possible. But the staff allowed me to wait in the lobby and use the wifi facilities and charger until the afternoon. Really very nice. The only thing lacking is one, if only the power socket was lower, or at least next to the bed so that when charging it doesn't hang the cellphone. Next time I go to Tasikmalaya, I must stay here again. Thank you Arsy Hotel 🙏🏻

Always stay at this hotel every time I visit Tasikmalaya. The room is clean, the toilet is clean, the hot water comes out fast, the AC is cold, overall okay.

The hotel is clean and has excellent service, public facilities are easily accessible and the location is quite strategic.

During my stay in Tasikmalaya, this is the one I highly recommend for my wife. The room is clean. Hopefully the water will be stronger later. I will definitely come back here every time I stay.

The staff is very friendly. I checked in at 00:30 and was still well received. The towels and bed smelled good.

friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. besides that, the lighting from outside is also sufficient. there is hot water for bathing. tv can also be watched even though there are not many channels. only the power outlets are lacking (1 near the bed and 1 behind the tv), but for me who stayed with 2 people it was enough. soap, dental kit and 1 towel are also provided, there is also a prayer mat in the cupboard. the atmosphere is calm, so if you want to sleep comfortably
