Good service, strategic location with Purwokerto city center, standard facilities.

The hotel is clean, but unfortunately there is no lift access so it is a bit difficult for those who bring suitcases & lots of luggage. The parking space is small but still okay, hopefully in the future it will be developed further by the management.

Very strategic location, very friendly and good service, good cleanliness, cold AC, good standard hotel interior, good bathroom but if you use hot water you have to wait a few minutes.

The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready 24 hours if at any time you need anything. Highly recommended

Hotel comfort standards in Purwokerto

Second trip, I still choose Grand Lotus because the room is very cozy, and the access to everywhere in PWT is also very close. Overall, Grand Lotus is the best.

Stayed here for 3 nights, in terms of location it is very strategic, close to GOR, no need to worry about food, a little way there are many sellers, many cafes, close to laundry, when entering the room I was confused about setting the TV, it was better to ask the man, he helped me, then asked why the hot water wasn't on? It turned out that I had to wait 3 minutes first. Overall it was satisfying, and don't hesitate to choose this inn if you go to Purwokerto 👌👍👍👍

The room was damp, there was a lot of hair in the bathroom that hadn't been cleaned. Worst of all, the towels left a lot of hair on the body.
