Easy access to metro. Clean. Big. Nice kitchen.

It maybe because we stayed during the hottest week in the year. It was like living in a hot box and they had only one table fan. The apartment floor, elevator and surroundings were dirty. The area behind the apartment seemed pretty unsafe. Someone threw a piece of glass from the next building which landed infront of our car (this was right before we got the keys). Maybe it was just our experience. We decided to checkout in a day. Hope they return the deposit

Good price, nice apartment, everything was clean.

I was planning to give Sky9 a "zero" rating, but in all fairness, the apartment was quite nice. The issue has been their advertising: on Expedia, the location shows as being on Karl Popperstrasse close to the main train station; in reality it is nearly a mile away. So far away, that the wheels on my new luggage disintegrated from the beating. Also, the reservation on Expedia allowed for free cancellation for no additional cost, but Sky9 indicated their reservation system didn't allow for such. Also, the unit was advertised as having a king and queen bed, which was really more like a king (maybe) and a pull-out sleeper sofa. So, if you don't mind a bit of a walk to the actual location and pay attention to the reservation policies, this could be a good deal. We only needed the apartment for one night; if we'd had an extended stay, the positive aspects of the apartment would have offset the inconveniences. So, for the right travelers, this could be a good unit, but be aware.

We found the photos on the description are very misleading, as the photos are clearly photoshopped to make them more appealing than they actually are. The facility are very basic and there is not any view to the city, just a court yard from balcony. We thought there is a swimming pool to use according to the photos, actually there is no swimming pool, but the swimming pool is in another location and you need to pay to use it. After stayed in this apartment, we were contacted by the people running the business to ask us to give above current score in order to get 5 euro back. I declined to do so, as it is fraud and not true to the experience we had. It was very hot in May as it is a penthouse and there is no air-con, it will be sweltering in the summer.

The apartment was not what was shown on website! It was a studio for 4 adults! Paid to check in at noon, was told not ready, checked in at 12:30. No toiletries except for a jar of hand soap! The air conditioning did not work properly. Very HOT! Coffee maker did not work either. Just glad it was only for one night!

Unfortunately we did not have the best stay at the apartment. We arrived late at night after a day of travelling to find the reception was closed. After trying to call the after hours number several times it was finally answered. We were then hung up on. We called back and were then sent an email with details on how to access our apartment. Unfortunately the elevator was being used by workmen and we had to wait 15 minutes for the lift to become available as we had suitcases that meant we could not walk up 5 flights of stairs to the office. Once we eventually accessed our keys, waited for the lift again and made our way to another building to check in (this is all around 10.30 at night) we found our apartment only had one bed despite booking a room with two beds and what was supposed to be non smoking apartment had been smoked in. Not only could we smell the smoke, especially in the toilet and bathroom, but also there were cigarette butts on the terrace and an ashtray with butts still in it. As it was very late, we had to be up early for a flight the next morning and there was no-one on site to assist us and move us to another room, went to bed.

Very disappointed with location of apartment which was misrepresented on the hotels. Com site and disguised on their web page - it is not the accommodation you are expecting. I can not recommend this company for their accommodation or customer service. The customer service was dreadful and we left without stating a single night. After explaining the issues, there was not a suitable resolution or explanation.

A fab apartment. Had everything we needed and much more. Always warm and cozy too, which not all accommodation is during these times.

Brand new apartment! Close to transportation; safe neighborhood; a short drive to the city center. Very happy with this property!

The issue is I booked a room 1 King + 1 Queen and when we arrived we got a studio apartment. That is not in line with my reservation. However, given we were there for only one night it wasn't worth the hassle to rearrange but personally I find that unacceptable to not receive what I booked.

Very comfortable apartment, cozy location for someone looking for an easy in and out through the central train station. Nice little park nearby. Overall very nice experience.

be careful about the address. Most rooms are not right by the train station. Would not have booked knowing the distance from train.

Comfortable apartment great for a short stay in Vienna. Located within 10-15 min walking distance of public transport, or short taxi ride to Vienna Central Station. Main shopping area and restaurants also located nearby. Please be aware that Sky9 Apartments have multiple apartments located throughout Vienna. Please pay close attention to the actual address of the apartment, listed in the property details and correspondence sent direct from the Sky9 Apartments office/reception. Unfortunately the apartment I booked was not located at the address I originally thought when first booking, and was too far to walk with luggage from Vienna Central Train Station, so I had to catch a taxi which cost me an extra 10-20euros.

Just a brief overnight stay but rooms were very spacious and clean and the place is well located near the main railway station.

The property staff was very professional and helpful even we have contacted them multiple time about transportation questions. Very courteous and respectful.
