Great place to stay for a quick stop

Stayed for a couple of nights. The staff are excellent. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the local area. Great continental breakfast and as much free coffee as you can handle. The parking garage is bonkers though, like entering a bond villains lair..............,.

room ok but a bit Spartan. No real lobby to meet or relax in. Location good.

Nice comfortable hotel in good location, pretty much as described with good facilities and efficient check-in & check-out. It was good to have breakfast included and did not disappoint - particularly impressed with selection of fresh bread in the morning. Only advice to other travellers arriving by car is the nearest parking is Churchill at 20E per 24 hours but we used parking "Sud" about 10-15 mins walk away which was 15E. Outside the hotel are meters for dropping off and these are 4 minutes for 10 cents. Once here, close to station for getting to Brugge Christmas markets but there is also a fantastic Christmas market in Oostende itself !

Check in was quick by the friendly receptionists. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superb with hot and cold items. Will definitely stay again.

Small basic hotel - reception staff were not very friendly or helpful. For example they failed to tell me that there is no need to get a taxi from the station because they are literally 2mins walk!

Lack of parking. Hotel reception pointed us towards either on road parking or underground parking. Best place is over the canal at newly built train station car park still €15 for 24 hrs; underground parking €22.50 for 24 hrs.

Stayed several times, very central,very clean,staff always polite and very helpful,a pleasure to keep visiting,I have no problem recommending them to friends. Keep up your amazing standards.

We had a great time in ostend it's just a shame the weather was not has good but we made the best of it.We would recommend going on the coastal tram.

Excellent location, friendly staff, superb buffet breakfast

The Hotel was in a great location for a lovely weekend, within walking distance for shops, beach, boats, casino and lots of restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. A lovely breakfast with a good choice of food. The parking was a problem, the hotel has only 8 spaces and was soon filled up which meant we had to park quite a distance away and carry our bags to the hotel. The other problem we had was that we booked a double room and on arrival found that it was twin beds pushed together, this was fine except when you wanted a cuddle at night, either one or the other or both ended up on the floor between the beds!!! A lovely stay which was helped by lovely weather.

Good service, friendly and efficient staff - this is my second stay at the Burlington and will certainly stay again on my next visit to Ostend

One staff member low sized shaved head extremely rude I asked if they had forks he replied no were animals we eat with our hands then told me to go and F off in front of my children! Really not a good start to the day, can't recommend for staff member room fine. This guy should get the sack

Very brief stop over before catching the ferry. Ok. It basic

HOT HOT HOT. it was barely warm outside yet the room was baking ALL THE TIME. WHen all doors are flung open first thing by the cleaners its obviously a long term problem. A nice place but needs AIRCON badly

Great view from room but bunk bed make it difficult for me to he'd out of bed
