First off, our host, Bernard met us at the train station and drove us to the property which was conveniently located next to the park. We fell in love with the house the minute we saw it. The interior is comfy with a working kitchen, lots of guidebooks and information about Bruges. There were two comfortable couches for us to lounge and relax on. We had the choice of two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The house is a wonderful balance of old world charm with all the modern conveniences. I can't recommend this property enough.

This B&B is very rustic and a lovely place to stay in Brugge. It is very well located and the owners Bernard & Barbara go out of their way to make you feel at home. We enjoyed the lovely sun terrace overlooking the park and canal.

Bernard was very pleasant and gave us many hints about where to go, eat and shop in Bruges. He also had a good selection of local beers we could purchase for a reasonable price. The lobby had a fireplace that we used every night making the room very cozy.

A very nice B&B within walking distance (10 minute) of the centre of Brugges. The owners were lovely and incredibly helpful. Breakfast / coffee was very good. The only issue we had throughout our stay was unfortunately the bathroom - it's only a bath, no shower.

Very enjoyable 2-night city break in Bruges. This comfortable accommodation was ideally situated beside a park and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The hosts could not have been more helpful.

The B&B is a converted carriage house with 2 bedrooms upstairs and a large living room and kitchen downstairs. It is next to a park on a small canal. We'd go back anytime. The breakfast "fairies" showed up every morning by 8:00 and laid out a great spread for us. The owners are very nice people and were very helpful.

We had a awesome time, a wonderful stay in a beautiful place. Wake up in the morning by the minnewater lake and have a banquet for breakfast is something we love it! The hosts are really nice, tell us a lot suggestions to do in Brugges, very good places to eat that are not so touristic... Thank you Barbara and Bernard.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Koetshuis bed and breakfast. It is well-located in a very quiet area with a view over the Minnewater, and our hosts were extremely helpful - especially regarding recommendations for local restaurants.

We stayed two nights in September to take son to University in Bruges. It was close to where he was staying and car parking was important as we had all his stuff in the car. Barbara was lovely and gave us a map with lots of useful information on where to find things and where to eat. We had the room which looked out on the park which was lovely and the Jacuzzi bath was welcome after a day's walking on the cobbles of Bruges. Breakfast was plentiful , continental and fresh daily. Would recommend and will use again.

We absolutely loved our two nights at Koetshuis. The place was absolutely beautiful, Bernard was as wonderful as he could be (including picking us up from the train station and driving us across town to get a rental car once we'd checked out). The breakfasts were equally lovely. The only place we saw room for improvement was the hotel's wifi connection, which was pretty unreliable. A very minor gripe for an otherwise fabulous stay!

We have been to Brugge on several occasions but have always stayed in a hotel. The guesthouse made a pleasant change. It is well located and has free parking. The living room and back garden are lovely to relax in.

Close to the main sightseeing areas of Bruges (10 mins walk) - but also located in a quiet part of the town, with the garden overlooking the Minnewater park. Pleasantly busy with people and families walking dogs and playing football etc. The hosts are very accomodating - speaking excellent English and only too happy to help in any way they can, even providing use of their garage for our car. Whilst they are both usually out to work during the day they are always around in the evening for any advice or needs that you may have. There are only 2 rooms that can be let to visitors and they are both in the building, a former coach house, situated at the end of the garden overlooking either the park or the house garden. The rooms are very close to each other and could cause problems with privacy depending on how your fellow guests wish to spend their evening!. The ensuite bathrooms are small, which cannot be helped as the rooms are in the eaves of the coach house which has a sloping roof. However the shower is part of the whirlpool bath and it is not possible to stand and use it standing up, Better to kneel or sit in the bath and hold it yourself or get your partner to assist. I would definitley not recommend this place to anyone with mobility issues as the staircase to the rooms is a winding spiral and quite narrow.

We had a fab time in Bruges and Koetshuis was the icing on the cake. The bed was comfortable and and the breakfast ample. Only one little nit pick is the bathroom, my partner is a big fellow and he found it to be a little snug. But apart from that we would recommend this B n B.

A beautiful family run bed & breakfast in a great location. A 10 minute walk from central station and 10 minutes walk in to the center of town. The bed and breakfast is a building at the bottom of a lovely garden with 2 rooms. Each room has its own bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. There is a shared communal area where breakfast is served with games, a stereo and information about the area. A large selection of beers are also available at a very reasonable price and there was a complimentary bottle of wine in our room. On arrival, we were greeted by the hosts who were very friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of information about the area including the best chocolate shops and places to eat etc. The continental breakfast was great and there is a garden terrace that over looks the park. The area is very clean and safe. There was no TV but there are plenty of things to keep you occupied at night in the area. We had to pay cash on arrival as there was no means of paying on card. This was not a problem as there are banks close by. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Brugge.

My husband and I have been to Brugge many times but this was the best time. This B&B is set in the most beautiful part of town, our room over looked the canal and park and Bernard and Barbara made us feel at home. We arrived in our Land Rover and was able to park in the garage next to the house at no extra charge so we didn't have to worry about it till our departure. The walk to the centre of town is a very easy and only took about 10 minutes. The accommodation is located at the back of the main house at the end of an immaculate garden. Downstairs has a kitchen area and a lounge with a wood burning fireplace so it feels really comfortable and relaxing with a small terrace next to the canal. Although breakfast is served at 8am, it is up to you when you want to eat which is great for those lazy days. The stairs up to the 2 rooms are narrow but I'm 8 months pregnant and didn't have a problem. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the bath was great to relax in. We will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.

Leuke gedeelde living met terras. Aardige eigenaren.
