We had a very tasty dinner when we arrived, the food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the number of flies in the restaurant, which were quite bothersome. I’d suggest looking into a solution for that, as it took away from an otherwise good experience.

No replies to messages i sent via the app. One was informing them of the need for twin beds & not a double- when we arrived the room had a double & we had to change rooms. This could have been avoided if they checked the apps messaging facility

Rooms are comfortable and clean. One minute walk to an easy train then cable car ride to Verbier. The restaurant is next level (foodies will be impressed) and the staff are some of the nicest people I’ve met.

They property was no-frills functional and perhaps a bit more. The rooms were basic and checked all the boxes. Comfortable beds, clean linens, desk, mini fridge, good bathroom storage, access to power/outlets and a very friendly dining amenity with breakfast included and ample parking. Didn’t eat in the restaurant and likely would have given the opportunity. Rather picturesque surroundings. We stayed in the annex building and would recommend the main building on a higher floor if I had to do over. Great value for the price.

Super helpful and friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Really conviennent for thé local trains and busses and the Tour de Mont Blanc. Luggage transfers were not a problem from here. Must mention the amazing quality of the food at the restaurant, we were so impressed.

This place was lovely. They were flexible and helpful with check-in and other accommodations, as were traveling on a hectic schedule. The room was nice and very clean, and had an incredible view of the mountains!

Great hotel with a fantastic team of staff who give the hotel and bar/restaurant a super friendly and vibrant atmosphere. The room was immaculate. We loved every minute of our 3 night stay.

Hotel Terminus was a great stop over place on the Tour du Mont Blanc, super clean and super comfy. The food is fantastic too!

Excellent hotel - reasonable price and great location for mountain walking in Summer. Café and restaurant busy (it seems to be the only establishment open in the town). Staff friendly and efficient. Room upgrade offered at no cost which was immaculate- simple and very clean. Restaurant meal again excellent with a choice beyond typical Swiss. Just missed 5/5 on the comfort score simply (like most Swiss hotels far to hot at night) - otherwise a perfect location highly recommended

Hotel Terminus was a charming and welcoming stay from start to finish. From the comfy memory foam beds and soft warm duvets to the excellent hearty breakfast to the delicious dinner, we had a great time with great service from English-speaking staff the whole time.

The hotel is wonderful. While it was originally built in 1910, the owners (who are delightful) have done a great job of keeping the hotel and restaurant up-to-date. Due to building codes, they're not able to install a lift but the front desk personnel are very happy to assist with baggage to the upper floors. The restaurant has a variety of menu items and service is outstanding. Another plus, the hotel is located next to the train station which is also a hub for bus routes. I cannot think of anything that would keep me from staying here again!

A great place to stay during the TMB trek. Our room was over the Postal service, so we got our 6:30am wake up! I understand- there were 3 of us, and the larger rooms are in the new part, which happens to be above the central sorting service for the post office. If you can have a room in the original hotel, it shouldn’t have that noise issue. It’s a great hotel, and the breakfast was very appreciated.
