Good location. Kind reception staff. Awful pillows and the curtains barely kept the light out. Weak, inconsistent wifi. Manager not as kind as the staff.

Great place for a good price. Staff very friendly , very clean room and breakfast was good. And directly in front of public transit to downtown Innsbruck. Would highly recommend.

The reception people are really friendly. The parking behind the hotel is a really big plus. The breakfast buffet has everything you need (salty, sweet, cold, warm products)

My husband, dog and I stayed in this hotel for just one night but we have an overall good impression. The interior design is maybe a little bit outdated, but the price is good, the breakfast is great and the staff nice. It takes 20 minutes walk from the hotel to the city center and the parking is for free. We just paid 5 euros extra for our dog, which was a suoer fair price. We will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Innsbruck without spending a furtune.

Karwendel hotel in Innsbruck is very comfortable,clean,quite and i advice every one to select it .Madam Violeta and her family are very welcoming ,helpfull and friendly .Violeta managed us as a good friends ,me and my wife ,i would like to thank her so much .We are planning to stay at Karwendel the next visit .

Large room, good cupboard storage, nice breakfast. Would be nice to have a coffee machine in lobby to have coffee at any time of day. Walking distance is at least 20 minutes to downtown.

Convenient

No frills hotel at (for us) convenient location - it is away from center but easily reachable with tram #3 from the main railway station (that goes almost every 10 minutes during weekdays) and reaches the hotel in just several minutes (10-15) . While our room was basic it was fairly spacious. Provides very good breakfast with nice selection to get you started in the morning.

Friendly staff , but completely understaffed at breakfast resulting in a very poor experience

Hotel was ok for a short stay. Room could do with air con. Tea and coffee facilities would be good. Breakfast was good

High price for a budget hotel in a great location. Whole place needs tlc. Bottom of bed torn and hanging off, sofa was worn and shredded and shower and shower screen are so old they are barely surviving. No tea/coffee making facilities which is a shame -there is plenty of room for this. No spare pillows -only 1 per person. Breakfast was dull and tasteless though coffee is nice. Most of food is uncovered and open to flies visiting which isn’t pleasant. Wouldn’t stay here again even though it’s near the town centre.

Dog friendly hotel, dogs barking in hotel very early in morning. Bed rock hard, pillows had a pillow case but felt like no pillow inside Hotel smelt of curry. the most basic room i've ever stayed in

First of all the image of the hotel building on Expedia , is not the hotel image in reality . Its look totally different and is bit out of date the interior decorations . But we had very pleasant stay . The breakfast there is the best . Tanks

Kind, helpful staff, large room and yummy free breakfast

we stayed one night. it rained hard in the evening so we tried to tour Innsbruck. the hotel was good and so was breakfast.

my girlfriend and I stayed here on a backpacking trip and were extremely disappointed by the condition of the room we were given. we did a bit of laundry on the first night and hung it on the door. we awoke the next morning to the maid coming in TWICE despite having a do not disturb sign up. later that day the hotel manager knocked on the door blaming us and our clothes drying for his severly damaged floors. would not recommend staying here after the troubles we had.
