Average stay-almost no WiFi first day, breakfast is decent and probably the best aspect of this hotel. It is away from the city center but walking distance to everything. Last day, staff came in without knocking

I can’t imagine a better place to stay if you visit Southern Patagonia in Chile. El Muelle is a boutique hotel near the water front in Puerto Natales. The rooms are large, modern and well appointed. The common areas and staircase are bright and inviting. But the highlight of our experience were our interactions with the hotel manager, Jairo. We were already impressed with the delicious eggs he cooked us for breakfast. But then we approached him with a major problem we were facing as one of our passports had gone missing during our stay at a very remote location at a Refugio in Patagonia where there wasn’t any phone connectivity. While we tried to make contact in various ways with the Refugio, Jairo moved heaven and earth for us that morning. Finally, he was able to get in contact with the general manager of the company that ran the Refugio, and share with him directly the details of our situation. Even though the Refugio didn’t find the passport at first, they kept at it and several hours later Jairo informed us they had found it at a partner company’s office. However, had it not been for Jairo’s efforts, we can’t imagine our situation would have been treated with the attention it needed to get resolved.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the wifi was excellent. Unfortunately, there is no control over the shower water temperature and on our last day, the water was cold. Not great for a fairly new hotel.

The hotel was overall excellent and is close to the waterfront and also to many restaurants. The rooms were comfortable, clean and modern with a great shower. As the weather was a bit cold the heating was on and the rooms and reception area was warm. The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped with booking a taxi to the bus station as we had to leave early in the morning. They also were very accommodating and set up the breakfast a bit earlier as we had an early morning tour on one of the mornings.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere. Staff is extremely nice and helpful too. Janice was super helpful. Breakfast is poor even though they do try. It’s the same everyday where they give you a plate of cheese and ham and you have bread biscuits cereals to choose from. For the price they are charging and it was off peak; it’s not worth it. It’s pretty basic and is a bed and breakfast and not a boutique hotel. The service is great nonetheless.

Wonderful place to stay before and after our Torres del Paine trek! The hotel kindly stored our luggage between our stays. Excellent and spotlessly clean bathroom and a lovely modern bedroom which was light and airy. It was wonderful coming back to such lovely accommodation after all the trekking. They also recommended a good value and fast laundrette very nearby for after the trek, which was much needed! Would highly recommend!

It is a basic small hotel. They don’t offer cable TV. Being so small, the breakfast buffet options are very limited. A few blocks from the city center. It is OK to walk, but I guess it’s not so funny with bad weather! Nice WiFi and nice personnel.

This is a wonderful small, boutique hotel. The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious. We had a room with the view of the water which was lovely. The bed and pillows were comfy. The shower was really outstanding. The breakfast was good. Annie, the manager was above and beyond helpful to us. She knows the ins and outs of how things work around town from rental cars (if you are driving into the park) to the best restaurants in town to tours/ activities you might want to do. She can guide you on anything you need. We had to modify our planned activities a little due to weather and she turned into an advisor for us on that. The hotel is definitely a wonderful place but as we all know, it always comes down to the people and El Muelle is lucky to have Annie managing the hotel. Also, they helped pre-arrange a car service from/to the bus station to help make our travel plans a little easier if you also need that service.

Awesomely helpful staff and great location however noise does carry a bit throughout building and wifi was really only usable in the lobby and sometimes the hallway outside the bedroom.

Loved this little gem in the heart of puerto natales! The staff was amazing, especially anette was so welcoming and had so many tips and recommendations for us. Could not thanks her enough. The bed was super comfy and the rain shower was a plus after so many days on the road. Loved it!

Nice little boutique hotel in Puerta Natales. Spent several nights here before and after doing the W Trek in Torres Del Paine. Really lovely and helpful staff who made me feel very welcome and were most helpful in the run up to the W. Breakfast buffet is good. Cereal, yogurts, meats, bread, cakes, fruit and nuts. Scrambled eggs on request also. Good tea selection and coffee in a thermos. Room was clean and well laid out. A room on the first floor gives you a view of the mountains and lake but there are also other buildings in view. Bathroom was clean with good toiletries and a solid shower. Really enjoyed my stay!

A short walk from the middle of town. This little quiet hotel is amazing. Right by the water with great views. The staff are amazing, friendly and extremely helply from helping you book taxis, tours and provided great recommendation for amazing restaurant s around the area if you are a foodie. There are no TVs in the room, however it was kinda great as it really help you relax and get a good night sleep before or after the W Track. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Pueto Natalies
