Un hotel hermoso, pequeño, limpio y céntrico. Los empleados muy amables todos

Personal muy amable y atento. Hotel ubicado en buen lugar estrategico accesible a todo. El cuarto me encanto porque tenía un vidrio grande y podía apreciar la vista. Desayuno muy sabroso. Me encanto que tienen servicio de lavandería.

La chica de recepción fue muy amable. Excelente ubicación. Es nuestra segundo vez hospedandonos ahí y es una muy buena opción

The area was i would say ok, bc it was in el poblado, every night there were people screaming, laughing, being very loud until 4@m, facilities are in need of updates, no phone in the room, tv was not working, we ask to have it checked, nobody came, matress were hard as rock, no closet, etc…

To much noise into the hotel

Excellent property with everything you need to enjoy Medellin and its surroundings. Excellent location close to everything. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Excellent location , good staff , good AC and hot water , breakfast is ok. The only downside is the guest policy.

Muy amable el staff, la ubicación del hotel es súper céntrica

El lugar es muy centrico, tienes parque lleras, provenza, mall, museos cerca. Es muy seguro el hotel, el desayuno muy bueno, los matres son duros, agua caliente, servicio las 24hrs los 7 dias. El area como dije al principio es muy centrico, si te gusta la rumba el lugar es ideal, si quieres algo mas tranquilo pues no te lo recomiendo. Yo fui con mi familia y en las noches, de viernes a domingo es rumba y musica super alta.

It is very well located, you have a taxi outside all the time, Provence is a 10 minute walk away, you have a couple of restaurants nearby and souvenir tents. In the hotel itself there is nothing besides body wash, towels and breakfast that is free. At breakfast they give you 2 options and it is almost always egg, cheese and arepa. I was never able to use the jacuzzi area since it was never enabled. If it was enabled, you had to sign up in advance. Keep in mind that you are going to be in a motel because that is what the rooms look like. If you would like to bring someone up just to talk or whether they stay it is $25 per person per night. There was only one of the staff who was very rude to us but the others were very cool

Hotel is outdated, hard to sleep at night ( live music next door),staff is very friendly and helpful.hotel doesn't deserve 3☆
