Front desk, excellent service, polite and friendly.

Third world room and amenities. Toilet was horrible and no hot water even.

Attractive exterior. Rooms are sufficient. “Hot water” in shower is room temperature. Reserved 2 double beds but got a single. WiFi only works in Courtyard, not in rooms. After being in Palenque a couple nights, we found better hotels at the same price.

Gregory at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. As for the room, it's a comfortable place to stay when in town to see the ruins. Nothing fancy but you can't beat the price.

Really nice hotel, the room was very clean and of a good size. The staff was very welcoming and allowed us to park in front of the hotel. Right in the city center. Great place.

Todo muy buen limpio y cómodo.

El hotel cuenta con una muy buena ubicación , a unas cuantas cuadras de palacio municipal, Restaurantes,bancos y paradas de transporte publico. El hotel esta en buenas condiciones, la primera noche no tuvimos agua caliente pero nos compensaron las siguientes cambiandonos a otra habitación mas grande.

La estancia estuvo bien, el recibimiento bien, tuve dudas con el cable y me apoyaron inmediatamente

En la habitación se escucha mucho ruido que proviene de todo el hotel. Además hay hormigas en la habitación. El trato de las recepcionistas es excelente.

Cet hôtel est situé près du centre-ville et des services. Toutefois le quartier est un peu bruyant.

Deseccion no tienen estacionamiento el agua de la regadera no es suficiente sale muy poca y aparte no hay agua caliente.

Hôtel sans prétention mais très agréable avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. Le Zócalo est à deux pas.

El hotel está bien ubicado muy cerca del parque y céntrico, las instalaciones se ven gastadas, es muy modesto, lo que no me agradó fue el baño muy descuidado.

HABITACIONES MUY LIMPIAS, PERSONAL AMABLE, ESPECIAL PARA DESCANSO PUES NO ES NADA DE RUIDOSO, EL CENTRO Y LUGARES TURISTICOS FACILES DE LLEGAR INCLUSO CAMINANDO. SUPER ECONOMICO LO RECOMEINDO MUCHO.
