Muy agradable y el personal muy reapetuoso

The hotel was outdated and the television was broken I informed them and they never replaced it. The door to the back was broken and I had to use a chair to secure the door.

Downtown location

Ubicación inmejorable.

Worked out well.

Enjoyed the location, center of town, walk anywhere. Lots of good restaurants and friendly staff.

A good place to stay when passing through the area. Secure parking and helpful staff. Breakfast was included.

The lobby and restaurant appearance are ok for a 3 star hotel but from there on the elevator the halls and the rooms are VERY Dirty , old and smell to dust and old. I wouldn’t stay with them or recommend it to anyone

That it was so close to an OXXO (kind of like a 7-Eleven back home)

The hotel is clean itself but it smells like humidity like it reeks of it. The hallways carpets are soaked with water. The room is clean but the smell of humidity just kills it.

Great location close to everything, a little dated but clean and comfy. Free bottled water and coffee daily :)

Nice hotel, great food at their restaurant but unfortunately not enough hot water to take a shower. Three days we had to take cold shower since there was no hot water. Staff were nice.

It was a good stay- price wasn't bad and staff was very nice.

Es un hotel muy viejo pero cuenta con todas las comodidades. Limpio y tranquilo, con buena ubicación. El desayuno muy pobre

Faltó limpieza en la habitación pet friendly, hay mucha popó de paloma en el balcón

Fallas terribles en el internet y la TV Y por lo que cobran debería ser algo sin falla

Excelente ubicación gente amable, cuenta con elevador y el desayuno de cortesía gratuito bien servido
