Great views and location. We arrived late at night so it felt a little unsafe. But it was wonderful in the morning light. Bakery and small market steps outside. Balcony has view of Castel St Jorge. Pool needed some cleaning.

The street the apartment is on is not great/safe. Once you get a couple streets away you are well located. The apartment smelled like the sewers were coming up the sinks.

We were never able to check in and they wouldn’t answer ours or Expedia’s call. It was such a terrible experience especially that we arrived at midnight.

The positives: Location was good, easy walk to several attractions. Nice little sandwich/pastry shop just outside the building entrance. Nice grocery about a block away. Unit was clean and in nice condition for the most part. Elevator from 1st level opens right into this apartment. Comfortable bed. Nice views of the castle, water and Santa Justa lift. The negatives: The hot water for the shower runs out very quickly. The shower head location is great if you are 4 ft. tall. The sofa and rug in the living room are stained and dirty and need professional cleaning or disposal. 3 of the 4 door/windows had broken hinges so they were inoperable. If these "negatives" were addressed, i would recommend staying there.

It was super comfortable, and clean with all the things you may need! All codes were sent and i had no problems getting in and out. The only thing is that if youre renting a car is a little far. You have to go down stairs and there is no place to load and unload your bags. Other than that is a beautiful place and we had a direct view of the pool

ok property - not great communication - wouldnt release check in info until 4 euro tax was paid - never came across that one before - immediate area is not the nicest part of historic lisbon

The apartment was very nice it had everything you need but the location was a bit unsettling. Despite that it had a fantastic view.

Excellent location. However, we were disappointed as we booked a room with balcony and arrived to find the room occupied by other guests. We were then provided a room without balcony. It took three days of persistent messaging to simply receive a reply regarding a refund. We were also annoyed by the fact we could not close the bathroom door as it was hanging off the hinges.

Stayed at the top apartment. Very well appointed and had everything we needed. Location is fabulous. Right in the heart of some very cool neighborhoods. Would highly recommended.

The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean, no clutter, and had a lovely view of São Jorge Castle.

Joao was a great host! He kept in contact with me the entire time and gave a very detailed description of how to get into the apartment. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Lisbon. Not to mention the beautiful view!!

Pool was nice but needs a paint and clean deck had trip hazards

The apartment was spacious and clean. It was located on the first floor but the back patio overlooks the pool and has a nice view. It was not very quiet. We heard noise from the street and from the connected apartments. If noise is an issue, or you like to sleep in, ear plugs would be required. I would stay here again.

The neighborhood is not good. It was nosy and strange people were in the streets. There is no space to offload the luggage from the car (very narrow, one way street and no sidewalk). Unfortunately we had a cockroach in the apartment. I had to hunt it in the middle of the night.

Great location, even though it might seem rough at first. Good restaurants in the neighborhood. The pool area is great for a relaxing break during the day.

Loved this property! We stayed in the penthouse room and absolutely loved the views from the terrace! I would highly recommend this property. They were super responsive and helpful. Room was very clean. We were in a very central location as well. Definitely book it!

The apartment was perfect. We had a romantic studio on the ground level and it was great. The pool area is super nice as well. Balcony. Location is perfect, walking distance to most it the places of interest. The service was exceptional both for check-in and check-out The made saw us re-pack our luggage at the pickup and offered us towels. That was very nice, just in case we needed a shower. The view from our room was towards the pool and the fort, that was very beautiful. Definitely staying there again.
