Princess Senses the Mangrove is such a beautiful property. It is spacious and private, set back in from the highway, and the beach is on a private little bay. The staff are so friendly, and the food is excellent! We were there in the off season and sometimes it felt like we had the whole resort to ourselves. All the rooms have an ocean view, and we enjoyed many sunsets from our private balcony. Check in was so easy and quick, which set the stage for a wonderful stay. We would definitely go back!

Not only were our butlers amazingly professional and kind but so were the other staffers we encountered. Only thing that wqa a bummer, my husbands drink of choice is Hennessey. They were out until the last day but he was accommodated. Understandably so that its imported there.

The staff made this experience so much more enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back. They treated us so well especially with me being pregnant.

The Property is overall really nice. I would suggest better communication about event times. The first night we arrived we ran around the resort looking for a party/event but we were unable to find it and also no one knew what time it started. One person told us 9 one person told us 9:30 one person told us 11.. we were frustrated . We also waited about 3hrs for hookah service another day while relaxing at the pool. Again we were running around all over trying to figure out where to go. FThe staff was always really nice and did their best accommodating us. Omar from gues service truly was amazing !

Property by far was the most beautiful, clean, stunning and breathtaking at every step you took. Amazing decor and restaurants were something out of this world. Although everything was perfect and jaw dropping, the staff was by far the best. My favorites were Dacia from Guest Services, Sasha-Gaye from the Buffet, Myles from the Entertainment crew and Craig from the front desk. I have traveled the world and this resort has excelled my expectations by far.

The hotel was luxury,staff were friendly butlers were amazing. The hotel was clean food was amazing I have no complaint 100 out of 10 definitely returning.

Incredible First-Time Stay — Highly Recommend! I was told this resort is relatively new, and it does have that fresh, modern feel. I booked it to celebrate a birthday and had a few special requests I wanted to lock in ahead of time — and the entire staff went above and beyond to make everything seamless. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Everyone I encountered was respectful, friendly, and eager to help. Through phone calls and text communication, they helped arrange several thoughtful experiences in advance: a beautifully decorated room upon arrival, a romantic dinner on the beach with the sound of the waves (plus complimentary champagne!), a relaxing spa day, and a private beach cabana. Though it was my first time coordinating something like this internationally, Jason from Princess Senses made it all easy. He followed up as my trip approached, checked in once I landed in Jamaica, and made sure I was taken care of throughout my stay. The food — especially dinner and the hibachi spot — was definitely a highlight. Everything we tried was flavorful, fresh, and exceeded expectations. Honestly, I didn’t even get to explore everything — the resort is massive! Between the restaurants, coffee spots, clubs, and multiple pools, I’d probably need at least 10 days to take it all in. Princess Senses has definitely earned a top spot on my list of places to stay in Jamaica. I’m still riding the high from the experience.

Our stay at Princess Senses was amazing! Things started off rocky but the staff took care of us! There's a little bit of everything to do. Food is great. Entertainment is on point, Views are to die for! Spa service is great. Big shout out to Clive at the front desk, Andrew the bellman supervisor, waiting staff and guest services. They went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I had a great stay. For sure we'll be returning soon, probably with our kiddos to the grand side. Highly recommend! Oh, and book platinum, you won't regret it 😏

My husband and I were celebrating our 19th anniversary at Princess Senses Mangrove and it did not disappoint. The beach, the room, the property, the food, the drinks.....Excellent!! What was even better than all of this was the amazing staff. From start to finish, the staff truly makes this place. Everyone was so nice and friendly and extremely helpful. Just to name a few...Craig at the front desk during check in, Andrew who greeted us when we first arrived, Sherricka and Neresha at the Food Market was amazing. Both professional and always very friendly. Rayjay serving up delicious drinks.. Allll the shuttle drivers!... all the way to the operators on the phone. Loved it. Had the pleasure of speaking to Enrico the Managing Director who took the time to stop and talk with us so warmly. We ourselves own and run a vacation rental and highly value good customer service, a clean comfortable space and creating a wonderful memory. We appreciate when we can go on vacation and experience what we provide and it exceeds our expectations. Everything at Princess Senses Mangrove was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel. Whether its just for a few days or for a week like us, it will be worth it.
