Nice room, good bed, clean

Very pleasant stay during the Fair. Location was perfect. Good value overall considering it's a very expensive week to stay in Hannover.

Terrible hotel. Massively over priced, no in-room coffee/drinks, no iron, air con not working, and so noisy. Worst of all they trebled the price due to Hannover Messe.

I arrived earlier than the check-in time, the staff is very flexible & checked me in the room immediately, I therefore, could take a bath & changed, then went to my meeting with customer on time. I really appreciated them !

I go to Hannover every October for a show, and I always stay in this hotel. This is not a big hotel but clean & quiet so I liked this hotel. I checked in to the hotel on Oct 10, 2023, they gave me a smaller room this time, I walked in the room, it smells a little, just liked the room was vacant for long time, I looked at the waste bin, it still had some garbage left from the last guest. I feel disappointed this time !

We had an easy stay at the hotel. The hotel is located in the middle of the centre of Hannover. The only negative parts arête price, too expensive and parking is a problematic, the hotel has just a few parking spots. When we arrive no spaces were available and had to park our car at the car pay places,

Convenient to sightseeing

I like the area around. I like the breakfast very much.

The hotel is very well located, walking distance from the main train station (10 minutes), but also 150m from a metro station (in case you are carrying bags). The area is nice, quiet, and provides easy access to some dining options, shopping, attractions. Staff members are nice (at least most of them). The premises are very clean, and the room is very comfortable. Breakfast is also good and provides a good variety of items. The issue I had relates to the internet. The signal was very poor, the connection was very slow, and would kick me out every couple of minutes. Signal is not strong enough for calls, navigation experience is poor. Unfortunately, it was hard to work during my stay.

A good hotel only about 400 m from the Hauptbahnhof. A quiet area with no through traffic,but the church bells start at 0700. If you want a lie in,bring ear plugs.Friendly staff, great selection at breakfast. Lots of little coffee shops,pubs etc all within the area. Seating outside the dining room comfy and great on the sunny days I stayed there.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was in good condition and spotlessly clean (the room decor appeared very slightly dated in style, but was well maintained), the breakfast was abundant and of good quality with an excellent range of options, and the location was ideal (on a cobbled city centre square with a large church, lots of restaurants and shops, and an underground station under a minute's walk away). All in all, just perfect . Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again .

Under construction during our stay which caused minor inconvenience. Will make things better. Good front desk and great breakfast. Room size was a little small.

Brief stay in Hanover. Hotel centrally located, about 10 minute walk from Central Station and close to Allstadt. Good breakfast. Hotel excellent value for money.
