Hotel is very close to downtown and train station.

Modern, central hotel and nice location just by the river Friendly staff and clean. Breakfast could be improved. Missed warm food like scrambled eggs.

The stay was nice - made better by the friendly staff. The room was spare and snug but suitable. Parking was very convenient and easy in/out. Breakfast was above average.

The rooms are comfortable. The location is great. The service was not great. We ended up having to pay for a second night of car garage without being told the rules about when we needed to return the key for the garage. It was a simple misunderstanding that they refused to acknowledge or accept. It is the simple things that make a difference and make me want to return to a hotel. They were not accommodating, understanding, or honest in the transaction.

Fourth stay here with my fiancée. Fourth time I've been left very happy. Great room with a lovely view of the Neckar. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Breakfast great. First time I came in the winter and I will be back.

This is a really lovely hotel. We had a good size room overlooking the river. They also had a great patio where we eat breakfast whilst watching some early morning punters. Staff at reception and bar were super, very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
