Was charged after I did not want to stay in the place after seeing the condition of the unit and cleanliness. I turned in the key and was told I would be refunded, and never was. Dirty nasty and window fell out on me when opening it. The AC did not work and the kitchen had rusty appliances.

The property is beautiful, quiet with excellent security. It has 2 beautiful pool. The staff are great and very attentive. I have stayed there 2 times and I will be back

Nice one bedroom with cable channels for sports. Hot water. Full kitchen but no coffee maker. Good pools. Bar at oceanfront. Did not try room service but restaurant looked okay. Safe. Close to town. This unit in s on 3rd floor. 40 steps.

We had a spectacular time. Gorgeous property with ocean front views. Comfortable furnishings and great kitchen. Staff is super friendly! But…There are tremendous amount of stray cats on the property causing outside patio and yard area smelled like spray when it rained.

Beautiful property, unit was spacious , staff was great and the location was excellent .

The staff took care of every need. I was impressed. The bar tenders at the pool were amazing. I liked them both.

The rooms were great but not functional. The AC was an issue and the restrictions of the property were also very extensive. The property front desk was helpful and accommodating but the issues I experienced were not good and made my stay uncomfortable.

Place is beautiful however I never knew we have to pay for light. El lugar es precioso pero jamás pensé q tuviera que pagar por la luz

Air conditioning didn’t work at all. Sliding door was not secured you could just slide it open from the outside if you wanted too.

Slightly outdated. Was ok. If no future investments/ repairs are done. Definitely will decline. Not sure if i would stay again or recommend until those are done.

I didn't like the beach was no longer accessible.
