The villa was actually nice and clean, but when I checked in, no staff showed me the facilities. The main problem was that the water supply was cut off the next morning around 9am, and the staff took a long time to arrive. Finally, I checked the upper tank, which was empty and dirty and mossy inside. I checked the pump underneath, which was dead (unplugged). I plugged it in and it started working and slowly filled the tank. However, when I opened the tap, the water was very dirty, so I had to check out without taking a shower. 😄 That's why I tried opening the tap when I entered the villa, and the water was a bit dirty at first.

The villa is nice and clean I like it, very clean, complete facilities, Wi-Fi, karaoke, billiards, swimming pool and the view is special, the rooftop view is nice. The location is also ok, close to everywhere, in a comfortable housing complex. Recommended.

The second time I stayed at this villa because it was clean and had complete facilities, now there is a billiard room. And the rooftop view is great, this is what I like, drinking coffee at night with the city lights of Batu is very nice.

When checking in, the swimming pool area was dirty, the room smelled bad, the cooking utensils were old and needed to be renovated, many of the sinks and showers were broken, the point is the house needs to improve its facilities, the admin protested and just said yes...

Close to Jatim Park 1, Alun-alun Batu and others, it just needs a lot of improvement, for cleanliness it really needs to be improved, the water in the bathroom in the main room on the ground floor is very small, it needs to be repaired. And for the mini pool, it really needs to be replaced with water, or charge if you want to use the mini pool.

There was rubbish under the bed when I just checked in. The garden is not maintained. The kitchen bottom drawers are very dirty. 4 4 bathrooms. 2 have water heater + soap, 2 without water heater + soap. 1 room does not have AC. Lack of electric plugs. Slippers, toothpaste and toothpaste are not provided. Only 3 towels are lent according to the number of rooms.
