Great location, clean, and close to all the sights. There are great dining options a 5-minute walk away. While the staff operates more than one Hostal, they were very responsible via WhatsApp.

CHECK IN STARTS AT 2PM, NOT 9AM. I arrived around 10:30am to check in, but was told to come back at 2:00pm. I came back at 2:00pm and was told to wait another 30 minutes. This was extremely annoying considering I had minimal sleep because of my early morning flight. Other than this, the room itself was very good. This place has been recently refurbished, so everything is modern. The room and bathroom were both clean. Though the shower was too small, so you have to shower with the curtain open. The location is also very good with the main attractions within walking distance.

Property had been recently refurbished, and everything was fresh and new. Good quality mattress. Very nice bathroom. Staff very helpful. It is situated on an alleyway a few yards off the main Menendez Pelayo thoroughfare. The number 21 bus gets you there in 15 minutes from the Plaza De Armas bus station. It is also 8 minutes walk from the Santa Justa rail station.

The hotel had only been open 3 days, and various internal painting was taking place. I had ordered a double bed room, but it was not finished and accepted a twin bed room. Anything appears new, and the numerous workmen were busy trying to complete. There appears to be no lift. The local area has numerous cafe bars. It is walking distance of the central Cathedral etc where there are even more cafe bars. The bus C4, from outside the central bus terminus, stops opposite the hotel road.

The service was incredible! The gentleman at the front desk was literally available at all hours (we had to leave really early in the morning and he woke up to check us out!) He also let us stow our bags until check-in. There was a dead cockroach under the bed and, while I am glad it was dead, I absolutely hate cockroaches, so this was a negative point. It was also a bit strange that anytime we left the room we had to leave the keys at the front desk (which may be typical at hostels, but this was our first time staying at one, so it was unfamiliar.) The location was spectacular! Walkable to teh Cathedral and Alcazar and lots of good places to eat. The gentleman at the front desk also provided lots of good info on local places to see Flamenco, including outlining how to get to these places on a map for us. Overall, good value and great service!

Hotel was clean and well located for major sight-seeing. Communication a little difficult and stairs were somewhat tight but manageable. A bit difficult to find.

Stayed with a friend on our trip at Christmas. We had two twin beds and a private bathroom. Everything was fine except the pillows were really gotten firm. The staff was a gentlemen and his wife with their baby. They didn't soak the best English but they were really helpful. Even called a cab for its to get Val to the train station. You do have to leave your key wgenerators you leave but theyou were always there to upended the door.

Only stayed for one night. The staff was friendly. Definitely an older hostel, a but run down but clean enough. It was fine for a night but would probably not stay here long term. The location was great as it was walking distance to the alcazar.

The room was as expected in regard to size and facilities. There was a good sized wardrobe, the bathroom was a bit small but clean and the shower was good. The location was very good for accessing the major sites including the Alcazar, the Cathedral and the river with the bull fighting arean. We were able to walk to everything and accessing the train and bus stations were easy. having said that, as mentioned elsewhere, the taxi driver (at the train station) had to ask one of the other drivers where to find the place.
