All the staff so nice always smile and Natali and other girl can’t remember her name so knowledgeable and helpful the hotel smell so lovely will definitely stay the again the bed so comfort the room have spacious thank you staff at The crown hand written hotel keep it up good work

Very good service. Breakfast was included in our room rate. The cold cuts and sweets were all good. There was also a breakfast menu to order eggs Benedict etc, at no extra charge. Two mornings we had to leave early and they made up breakfast boxes to take with us. Just two examples. I was very impressed.

The breakfast there was ok and expensive, I’d rather have eaten out in the city. The room was incredible though

This is a lovely hotel to stay in, the hotel smells amazing and is so clean and really lovely. It is in a great location and walking distance to the old town and shops, restaurants. The bed is lovely and comfy and our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. The staff are all friendly and polite and speak good English. We didn’t have breakfast as was up and out but it looked lovely. Highly recommend staying here for your visit.

We had a fantastic stay at The Crown Krakow Center – Handwritten Collection! The hotel combines stylish design with a warm and personal atmosphere. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the location is perfect for exploring the charm of Krakow. The breakfast was really good with a nice selection, and the service was simply excellent. Highly recommended!

This hotel was outstanding. From the moment you walk in the door everything is perfect. Beautiful decor. The staff could not do enough to help you. Breakfast was fantastic, loads of choice and really set us up for the day. The main square was 20 minutes walk from the hotel, if you turn right out of the front door it's a straight road there. I would definitely stay here again.

The customer service was amazing and the breakfast was even better, loved my stay and would stay again. It was nice and quiet and pretty easy walk away from old town.

The hotel was on the north side of the city about 12 min from the palace. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff were very accommodating. Parking was a bit of a challenge on street.

Lovely staff, comfortable bed, great location, perfect

A lovely comfortable hotel, only let down by the noise of Trams running almost through the night. If triple glazing was put in, it might just dampen the noise. Found it difficult to sleep. Everything else was great. Breakfast was amazing, with so much choice available, fast and friendly service.

Amazing room with a super comfortable bed and great bathroom amenities. Also in a great location near a tram stop for exploring. I’d definitely come back to this hotel!

Fantastic stay, the room was impressive and very clean. We were both very happy with the welcome on arrival. We will definitely be staying here again. Nice 15 minute walk to old town, so ideal location.

Great place to stay, everything was very clean and well kept. The only issue we had was one of the couples staying with us had issues with the refrigerator and their room was cleaned one day. They said they would send someone to clean up but never did.

An absolutely excellent hotel that made our stay in Krakow so very memorable and special. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean, tidy and comfortable and the quality of food was excellent. We are frequent travellers and would thoroughly recommend this hotel if staying in Krakow. Ideally located for the main square/old town (only 15-20 mins walk) and on the right side for the airport (only 20-30 mins by taxi - depending on traffic).

We stayed here for a honeymoon! Very clean, staff was nice, close to Transportation, right next to a police station is a very safe

Check in was easy - we were upgraded on arrival to a suite which was a pleasant surprise. The room was equipped with a mini bar (we didn’t use this) but did have the complimentary waters. Excellent in terms of space. It was warm though even with air con but we didn’t mind this too much. Hotel is walkable distance to main square - 10 min to Old Town. Many tram stops outside it if preferred. Several supermarkets and bakeries nearby for breakfast. Room service was efficient - we got the tiramisu! Check out was speedy and late (12.00) which meant we could spend more time at hotel. Highly recommend for a few nights in Krakow.
