They announce but know breakfast is not included. Iron didn’t work. WiFi or tv didn’t work throughout the day.

This location is older. It needs lots of attention and renovation. The room we stayed in smelled like Mildew and old socks. We did advise the front office. It was way overpriced for no sleep and headaches due to the musty odors. We will not return to this location.

A very safe and quiet environment, staff was polite and helpful. A good ways away from the hustle and bustle of the city but not too far.

I like it that was very quite at night.

Some of the staff members were not very friendly to us, and that made the stay feel a bit off. The actual hotel was pretty nice, with a few minor exceptions like a broken ice machine or small repairs in the room. The breakfast was confusing; The paid items were mixed in with the free breakfast, so I wasn't sure what was what. Not sure if I would stay at this location again.

This is a nice business hotel that is in a quiet, lovely part of Addison. The staff was pleasant and professional. Breakfast was tasty and nicely prepared.

Property and staff were wonderful. Friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and I will stay here every time I’m in the Carrollton area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! You won’t be disappointed.

Good hotel overall

Hotel is in a great location with plenty options for dining or hanging out. Front desk lady at check in did not listen to requested accommodations and was a tad snappy. We did not have any other issues with front desk interactions. Rooms are a bit outdated. Bed was comfortable.

Friendly staff. Very clean property.

The rate I paid included breakfast. The breakfast was a continental breakfast of cereals, pastries, and fresh fruit (which was above average). Anything else was ordering from a menu. I was still given a bill with an amount and request for a tip - with the server insisting it would be "taken care off". This was very discomforting. I also attempted to purchase high speed internet - it did not work and i was given and error code. The billing evidently worked as it was on my final bill - although i had to ask specifically about it.
