Got a top room but the room had spider webs, the toilet and jet shower couldn't be used, towels had to be asked first by the staff because they weren't immediately ready in the room and even then they came at 7 pm when we wanted to take a shower and only waited for towels, what made me disgusted was that the sheets and bed covers had lots of brown spots 😭. The positive side is that the location is very strategic, you can just walk to find anything, everything is near the hotel. Hopefully it can be improved for the convenience of customers. 🙏
