The hotel canceled the reservation. Travelloka did not notify the guests! When checking in, they did not allow them to receive the room, causing 10 people to wander around Saigon in the 35 degree Celsius heat. When calling, they said to wait for a solution. It has been two days and there has been no call from Travelloka or the hotel to apologize. I do not know whose fault it was, but the experience of booking a room at Loc Phat Hotel on Travelloka was terrible!
