bathroom water stagnates in room 310. smells

I got room 2005. Everything is ok. The pool is clean. The AC is also cold.

The atmosphere is really nice, you can see the mountains on the rooftop.

For the price, I realize that because it is peak season, the price is a bit higher. But why don't you get any toiletries at least soap. In the bathroom, there is only a soap dish but there is nothing in it. There is a table next to the bed that is broken (the drawer board is broken but stacked with the nails facing out. If it hits your feet, it is dangerous) it should be repaired or not used. The swimming pool is clean, the location is strategic, the parking lot is spacious, the view in front of the hotel is good.

Easy check in and check out. Location near the crowd.

It's pretty good, there's a water heater too, so you don't have to worry about getting cold.

For cleanliness I think it's lacking.

Favorite hotel. Every time I go to Pacet, this hotel is my mainstay

too long waiting in the lobby until 3 am, more than the estimate, the rest is ok, please fix it again, don't make people wait so long

Hotel room cleanliness is very poor

Hotel staff should welcome and escort guests to the room. Before the room is used, it is better to clean the corners first and add air freshener before guests enter the room.

Highly not recommended, the room was flooded due to rain, only given towels

The place is very comfortable, it's just a shame there's no mat when you come out of the bathroom.

The map doesn't match the place. I was directed to the forest and there was no lodging there.

When you first enter, you are greeted with an empty lobby with no receptionist on standby. After waiting for a few minutes, the receptionist came, her appearance was not neat and she was grinning, lacked manners & seemed to not understand hospitality. The condition of the room was okay, quite clean, but no towels, welcome drink & toiletries. The bathroom was good, the water heater was also good, but the toilet flush button was stuck, I dismantled & fixed it myself, and there were no toiletries. The AC was not cold enough, and the sound was noisy like a diesel engine. There was a TV but not a smart TV, and there were only 3 channels available. The wifi was really bad, I stayed here for 2 days, I could only use the wifi for a few hours after checking in, the rest of the time the wifi could not be used. There are swimming pool facilities but if you want to swim there is an additional fee.

Reception 1 is not friendly, the clothes look like people are not working, the service is also curt, not on standby, apart from that, all the security staff and officers are friendly, it is clean and the AC is cold, the hot water doesn't work even though you have been waiting for a long time.

Small room, small mattress that doesn't match the photo, dirty. Not really a recommendation. Moist. The van has a toothbrush and toothpaste. The AC is not cold.

There are no toiletries, you only get 1 towel. The rest is good, really recommended.

Recommend it if you're going to a busy area.
