+ Best view + Varied and delicious breakfast menu and very friendly restaurant staff + Good facilities - Hotel admin is slow to respond via WhatsApp or phone, front desk staff is unfriendly - Dirty room corridors with food stains not cleaned up until the next morning - Elevator 2 from the lobby, the left door doesn't open properly, with visible scratches. - There are 2 pool areas, but no lifeguards at all. Is this efficiency possible? - The porch lights on one floor were all out, even though all the other floors were perfectly lit. I asked for the reason, as it was a timer issue. I just returned to the hotel around 9:00 PM, and all the porch lights were on. The children's pool was broken, and the beach club seemed neglected, even though the venue wasn't finished yet. I saw the operational staff drinking a lot for this size, which is a shame... Finally, when I checked out, I saw them sleeping outside the security gate, probably tired because they had minimal partners, and they were also efficient. The hotel is fairly new, although there are still a lot of expansions underway, but maintenance, cleanliness, and friendliness need to be addressed. Thank you... keep working.

Friendly staff, great location, cool facilities

Next time I'm in Gunung Kidul, I'll stay here again. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a great view. The only downside is that there's no direct access to the beach.

It's definitely worth a staycation at this hotel during a non-long weekend, as the prices offered are very affordable considering the facilities and comfort provided.

My first experience when checking in at night was a warm and friendly welcome from the FO. What was even more amazing was the very large room and comfortable atmosphere. There is a private pool, but it is still under construction. Dinner at the 7th floor restaurant was delicious, the view was beautiful, especially at breakfast, there are many choices. Don't forget to try the Jeep Adventure with 10 destinations. Absolutely awesome. Next trip will come again :)

The staffs are very friendly, the room condition was standard, the view from the balcony was very nice, the food was standard.

I really like this hotel. We took a family room. The room was spacious and clean. The view was amazing, overlooking the hills and the beach. There are two swimming pools, which are really nice. The garden and lobby are very beautiful. Basically, everything in this hotel is really good. The breakfast is delicious and there are lots of choices. I want to stay here again.

Very comfortable and pleasant... Great. The room's balcony directly overlooks the beach. It's clean and the staff is quite responsive. Hopefully, a larger parking area will be built soon. Please provide a lock for the balcony access door, for security, as the balcony wall between the rooms is short. This will ensure your belongings are safe when you're resting or leaving the room. The room is spacious, really like the balcony that directly faces the beach. Good service, the price is also quite affordable. Strategic location. 👍🏼

Anyway, next time I'll stay here again. The beds are wide, there are 2. The only thing missing is the long wait for towels to be delivered. Other than that, it's okay. I got a welcome drink and crispy, savory cassava chips.

Very close to Parangtritis beach access and Obelix Sea View. Comfortable and clean rooms Large swimming pool with many choices. But the AC is not cold enough, hopefully it can be better Thank you

A very good hotel to bring family for staycation on Parangtritis beach. The amazing view from the balcony of the hotel room makes you feel at home in the room, makes you lazy.. because from the room we can get the view we want. for the view... D'Girijati is the champion. unfortunately access to the beach must be by vehicle, if you walk it is a bit difficult to return to the hotel because the road is uphill and a bit far (approximately 2km) superior room with twin beds is enough for 3 adults and 1 small child, the room is spacious and clean as well as the toilet. all hotel staff are friendly and pleasant. the restaurant food is quite tasty and the price is still ok. the two swimming pools have a nice view, in the hotel area there are many instagrammable photo spots.
