- Hotel admin is slow to respond via WhatsApp or phone, front desk staff is unfriendly
- Dirty room corridors with food stains not cleaned up until the next morning
- Elevator 2 from the lobby, the left door doesn't open properly, with visible scratches.
- There are 2 pool areas, but no lifeguards at all. Is this efficiency possible?
- The porch lights on one floor were all out, even though all the other floors were perfectly lit. I asked for the reason, as it was a timer issue. I just returned to the hotel around 9:00 PM, and all the porch lights were on.
The children's pool was broken, and the beach club seemed neglected, even though the venue wasn't finished yet.
I saw the operational staff drinking a lot for this size, which is a shame... Finally, when I checked out, I saw them sleeping outside the security gate, probably tired because they had minimal partners, and they were also efficient.
The hotel is fairly new, although there are still a lot of expansions underway, but maintenance, cleanliness, and friendliness need to be addressed.
