Only 2 hours after I left the hotel, I remembered a large paper bag containing souvenirs for a friend that I forgot to take from the room. I was very disappointed because only some of my belongings were returned. The souvenirs in the form of chocolate, coffee and fruit were not returned. Even the paper bag was missing. For me who had lived for more than 10 years in Japan, this was a very embarrassing incident. I will never stay again at this hotel and all its branches.

The hotel is close to Jr Okachimachi and metro Ueno-hirokoji. If you get off Kesei Skyline, you can take the Ginza Line and get off at Ueno-hirokoji. Very convenient. There is Parco-ya, Lawson, and a small donquijote nearby. Walk to ameyoko 800 meters. There are famous cafes. We ate at egg baby cafe 2 mornings. It opens at 10:00 a.m. Come early or there will be a lot of people but the wait won't be long.

The location is very strategic. Close to Okachimachi Station, there is a Lawson, there is also a restaurant on the ground floor that is open until evening. Standard Japanese toilet. Also close to the Ueno Ameyoko traditional market which sells various kinds of Japanese necessities and knick-knacks. For those of you who are Muslims, don't worry, near the hotel there are several halal food options, just search on Google Maps and find them straight away. There is also a mosque in Okachimachi, from the hotel you can walk 10 minutes. The downside of this hotel is that the staff doesn't speak fluent English, but you can help with Google Translate.
