second time staying here, 1st floor is also ok

The room is very dirty, the AC is not cold, the bathroom is also dirty, there are lots of spider webs.

This is my second time staying here. It's getting worse, hopefully only in my room, room N.. many of the cupboard handles are loose. the door handle to the bathroom is loose.. the nails are hanging out ... where can I bring the little ones.. the bathroom door is really hard, plus the drama of my little child being able to enter the bathroom and not being able to open the door.. because it's really stuck in the frame.. it takes effort to open and close it 😆😆. that's all.. the others are really good... please fix it.. thank you.

Cool, clean, sheets are still white, there is Wi-Fi, no breakfast, clean toilet. But there is no hot water, the AC in N's room is not cold enough, there is a drying area.

The hotel staff is friendly, the environment is clean and the location is strategically close to the city.

Overall cool. Cheap price but comfortable. The room is quite spacious and you can cook for yourself.

Prices are according to standards and facilities. Location is easy to get.

Receptions friendly. Limited car parking. Rooms on the third floor are not clean enough, there are lots of ants, need attention from the owner

No soap was given, the first towel given smelled, and there was hair left in the bathroom that hadn't been cleaned :)

No recklessness, very comfortable to drive and safe, but the downside is that it's more than 2 hours late :) I don't know if all buses are like that, because it was my first time so I didn't really understand the time issue (not on time)
