This was a great stay with a family of 5. The kids loved the bunk beds and there was pleanty of room. Its about a 20min walk to train station. Depending on luggage may be best to get taxi or bus. The washing machine was 2n1 washer/dryer which was awesome.

Managed to get parking on-site, but it was expensive 1800 yen. Otherwise room was nice and clean, loved that it had a microwave and also kitchenette. Good for the price paid

Nice new property, breakfast provided, washing machine in our room, very clean. Location a bit far from station or Chinatown. Probably about 4-5 tram stops.

Fav Lux nagasaki does not offer multiple selection of dining. If you want a breakfast, there was an available cafe that you can placed you order the night before such as bagel, bread and coffee. The bagel was yummy but you get tired of eating it everyday. The amenities are on the same floor and provides eye mask, comb, M and L Pajama. There was no water bottle provided in the room so you have to get it downstairs. The hallway is so narrow so if you have a stroller and big luggage you have to find a way. The housekeeping is not everyday and only certain day based on your stay. If you have a big family of 5. the Combo Washer and Dryer will take about 4 hrs to finished it which is very inconvenient. There was no nearby Konbini as well and limited parking space.

Very modern hotel/apartment-style rooms with a kitchenette, spacious bath and sink/combined washer/dryer, and tatami room. Soap for the washer is included. The kitchenette seems well equipped, though we did not make use of it. The included western-style breakfast was tasty, and the ground-floor cafe made a good espresso. The location is excellent, on the doorstep of the Gunkanjima digital museum, and Glover Garden, with Chinatown (for restaurants) 5-10 mins walk. If you come by car, they have 12 spots near the hotel. These were accounted for when we arrived, but they have a map of nearby lots, and we parked there overnight without issue.

We booked a family room with 2 beds and 2 bunk beds. It was very spacious, had a small kitchen and washer.dryer which made it very practical. Only drawbacks were a limited breakfast selection, lack of heating in the bathroom/shower and outrageously expensive outdoor parking. Otherwise, an excellent boutique hotel with very friendly staff.

Hopefully, this review will help future guests arriving by car. 1) only 12 car park spaces, impossible to get a lot on the first night, especially when occupancy is high 2) "first come first served" is a little misleading, as it suggests you can park as long as a lot is available. The system works as such - guests can pay for a parking lot upon check in. If all the lots are already taken up for that night, the guest can pay 2000 yen for a lot for the next day (noon - 10am following day). Due to this system, it is highly likely that all the lots would have already been taken up by the guests who checked in the previous day. So be prepared to park at public car parks for the first night. We parked at the car park next to 7-11 for the first night and found it fairly convenient. We suggest that the designated driver drop off the passengers and luggage at the hotel entrance then drive to the public car park. Otherwise, the staff will rudely say "move your car away immediately" Other points to note - 1) breakfast is a simple affair, just bread/bagel with coffee/ juice 2) leave rubbish and used towels outside the room door by 10am if you need them to be disposed or changed 3) no bottled water in room but there is water dispenser on the ground floor
