I booked this place almost a month in advance but traveloka and the hotel did not update the booking code, so I had to run around until I got there. When I checked in, the room was not what I wanted. Anyone who intends to book should contact the hotel in advance to confirm clearly before coming.

The staff is very kind and helpful. We were feeling welcomed and the pool area is nice including a pool table. The floor of our room was rather dirty and due to the humidity in the room, nothing would dry (we didn‘t have a bungalow, so I can‘t talk for these).
