The staff and owner are very friendly, close to everywhere because of the strategic location, security is maintained (even the key has not been removed in the morning it is still in the same place), improvements need to be made in terms of bathroom cleanliness, especially the smell (absorption holes) and some corners have spider webs, coincidentally the shower is small for the shower and the hot water takes time to come out. Overall it is very good and the service needs to be improved. Good job and very worth it for a business trip

Recommended homestay near the Wates town square, clean, fragrant, neat. We only added an extra bed for 50k for the kids and the room was upgraded to a larger deluxe type on the 1st floor. The owner is very friendly, also provides motorbike & car rentals. For limited parking space, don't worry, there are employees who arrange valet and clean the car for free. Thank you.

A pleasant experience staying here, because the location is quite strategic and the price is affordable and the staff is friendly. The facilities are quite adequate: water heater for those who want to take a warm bath, blankets, towels and prayer mats for Muslim worship.

The staff are friendly but not always on standby, the service is fast, the facilities are homestay/guesshouse style. The rooms are house style rooms with mattress, wardrobe, small table, drawers, AC, TV, private bathroom. For the bathroom, there is a sitting toilet, bidet shower, sink, shower and water tap which is equipped with hot and cold water options, as well as a water heater in each room which can be set at the hot water temperature level. What is quite difficult is parking motorbikes and cars because the location is in an alley and only 1 car is enough.

It's very comfortable, it feels like you're at home, the only suggestion is that you need CCTV on the 2nd floor and lots of hooks in the room, along with parking to make it perfect.
