if it's your first time here, my advice is don't follow google maps with the fastest route option. just go up through the main road of the Danu Batur temple, keep going up, even though it's uphill, you can still take a detour. the view is really nice, like Bali's Bromo. but the conditions on the 24th at dawn couldn't get the sunrise moment because of the rain on the 23rd. breakfast is mediocre, you can only choose fried rice, vegetable flour omelet, fried banana, or pancake, and 1 small glass of warm tea. hot water is not allowed 🤪😭

when I arrived the receptionist was very friendly. the room was quite clean but there were still many dirty things. please clean the curtains, the toilet was clean but there was a smell in the closet. there were stains on the sheets and pillows before entering. delicious breakfast. overall everything is good and good according to the price.

improve the service, I ordered traveloka and was given a place on the lower level, chosen by the waiter, but after I wanted to occupy the room, I was asked for an additional 100 thousand, how the rules are I don't understand, then I didn't want to pay to be moved to the upper room. confused, I have chosen a room on traveloka, but there is an additional fee of 100 thousand, I am disappointed as a consumer.

The location is strategic for vacation and enjoy the view either in the morning, afternoon, or evening. The room is clean, comfortable, but a bit small because there is a king size bed in it.

Comfortable for a staycation, but far to find food. You might want to consider bringing a lot of supplies.

The staff is not working properly, how come we are already told to check out at 10.30, when in every hotel the check out time is 12.00.

The view and atmosphere are highly recommended, the service is also very friendly and OK. There is no wifi facility and the bathroom shower has very little water. Overall worth it for that price.

The comfortable and quiet place is here, the view of the mountains is amazing from above the clouds. We felt happy and satisfied during our stay at Highland Bali, the staff is 10, the host is 9.5, I give a comfortable place 10, the room is quite good 9, next time we will definitely come here again with our extended family.
