I booked a superior room at the last minute and was upgraded to a suite upon check-in. Thank God, the front desk staff were also very friendly at check-in. Thank you! Overall, I was very pleased, and my kids were happy too. However, I don't know what the food tasted like because I booked a room without breakfast.

The hotel is cool, clean, fragrant, aesthetic, easy to access everywhere, the procedures are also hassle-free, very simple... next time I'll stay here again. (recommended).

The first impression was OK, when checking in, I was assisted by Mas Fadil and he was the one who greeted me first, which is what I liked, the check-in process was also fast and not complicated. Because when I arrived it was already 8 pm so the remaining smoking rooms were available and I refused because I brought my child, finally the room was upgraded 2 levels from the original one. The room was clean even though it looked old, the bathroom was also quite bright. Once again, thank you Mas Fadil.

The hotel staff was very helpful. I checked in late and requested a non-smoking room because I was bringing two toddlers. When I checked in, the room type I booked was already full. Since it was so late, the hotel staff gave me a super cool room upgrade. Thank you, Tavia Heritage Hotel.
