The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and supportive. We were given what appeared to be an upgraded room, as it could accommodate four people. They even provided breakfast toast for four at 4 a.m., knowing I was participating in the Siksorogo Ring of Lawu. Amazing!

I got a room on the 2nd floor. The shower had hot water, complete with bathing necessities. The TV didn't display any images, got a jug of hot water to make drinks. Got 2 bottles of mineral water. Unfortunately the floor wasn't swept so it was dirty, cables were scattered, dangerous if you bring small children. Thank you

The place is quite clean, even though it is an old hotel. The service is satisfactory.
