동마다 엘레베이터가 나뉘어져있지만 3대뿐이라 기다리는 시간이 길었고, 몇층에 있는지 알수 없어 답답했고 기다리는 시간이 너무 오래걸림, 지하1층 엘레베이터앞에는 에어컨도 꺼져있었음... 오픈한지 얼마 안되었지만 객실내에는 벽 바닥부분, 자쿠지 겉 부분 오염이 눈에 잘 띄었다. 특히 체크인 대기 시간 1시간은 개선해야 할 부분이다. 미리 사전 공지라도 해주면 좋겠다.

This property has the potential to be a very nice option for the area. We had mixed feelings in various areas: 1) Reception and Check-in: Great check-in, staff provided good information and was quick and efficient. 2) Additional charges: We booked a suite with pool and sauna options for our Family of 4 (reservation only covers 2)- The package should be modified to cover everyone on the reservation. 3) Air conditioning in the room was disabled and only enabled after calls of tempearture too hot within the room. This was resolved at 11 PM on our first day of the stay. This policy should be revised to give guest control of the room temperature without having to go thru the discomfort first. 4) Restaurants have various policies that are not customer service friendly IE: Horizon facility is near the pool entrance but guest are not able to sit at the restaurants if you have on swim gear (fully covered rash guards). Fogo has limited children's options on the menu, making it not as Family friendly.

뷰는 좋았으나 욕조 청결상태 별로이고, 투숙객 3인인데 타올과 샤워가운은 2인기준이며, 샤워시 물이 밖으로 다 흘러나옴. 샤워실 공사가 잘못된것 같음. 체크인시 많이 기다림. 다시 가고싶지는 않음

I am very satisfied with the room condition, but I had to be patient for check-in, using dining service and taking lifts. I understood too many customers stay in the hotel during the holiday, though it would be great you estimate your capacity more precisely. Anyhow I was happy to stay with you.

처음 배정받은 방(1702)은 바람소리가 비행기가 지나가는 줄 알정도로 컷고 안에서는 배기구 소리가 간헐적으로 심하게 났습니다만 야간 메니저께서 방을 바꾸어 주셔서 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 메니저님께 다시한 번 감사드립니다.

5성급 호텔로는 다소 아쉬운 부분이 있습니다. 불편사항을 정리해보면 다음과 같습니다. - 화장실 내 하수구 냄새 : 계속 올라옵니다. 변기를 내리지 않은 줄 알았습니다. - 객실 내 자쿠지 : 커튼 근처, 배수가 아쉬움 - 어린 아이와 함께할 경우 주변 정리가 쉽지 않습니다. - 엘리베이터 : 너무 느리고 처음 알람이 울린 엘리베이터가 도착하는 것이 아닌 계속 다른 엘리베이터로 알람이 바뀝니다. - 주차 : 구조가 복잡합니다. - 내부 온도 : 객실'층' 온도가 매우 낮아 춥습니다. - 객실 뷰 : 일부 객실은 다른 객실 내부가 훤히 보이는 구조로 사생활 노출 이슈 있습니다. - 조식 : 조식은 훌륭합니다. 다음 번엔 건너편 롯데 리조트로 가겠습니다.

It was unconvinient to pay the bakery and the cafe seperately.

First of all if you are not staying in tower A, all the amenities are too far away. This is not a resort nor a hotel. We stayed two nights and they said the cleaning is not done on the second day without any notification. No room service and only one restaurant in the hotel close at 10pm. The swimming pool is charged extra ₩80.000 per person. The Kids Club is also charged almost ₩30,000 for 1 child and 2 adults but it is almost empty and nothing to do there. If you want to take the kid to the reading or drawing room that is all for extra charge which was ridiculous. I would highly recommend to think twice before staying at this hotel.

Horrible . Worst hotel I’ve been to in my lifetime. Clean only because it’s new. I was staying in a $1200 per night room with friends and family . The hotel is worthy of maybe $80 per night 1) bad service. Doesn’t pick up the phone at the front desk 2) charges for the swimming pool. 3) most of the people are not trained well at all at the front desk. They need retraining. 4) no amenities. Asked for lotion . They do not have.

It was peak season, but the check-in waiting was very long and the response at the hotel was absurd. The breakfast was also too long, and it was a pity that the cleaning condition of the room was also five-star. I was surprised to see the leftover coffee on the glass.

It was my 2nd stay in this hotel, the 1st stay, one of the staff said, will give me an upgrade, but gave me a so lousy view which only can see a small port and road. Importantly the main view was Lotte resort. I was wondering a lot of rooms are available, however why he has to put me in such room which doesn’t even have a bathtub in the line room. This 2nd stay, I booked a King bed room, the bathtub is in the living room with ocean view. However the other tower rooms are so close, when I get into bathtub I have to close curtains, ocean view is useless. It was so very uncomfortable. In the bathroom, water isn’t going down when I showered… On the floor, on the table, on the chairs and wherever have painting drops. The smalls of new renovation works were so bad.. had to open the balcony door all along. I had high expectations of the hotel as it was developed from banyan tree, maybe I should not..
