We need to convey that we always conduct routine checks on room facilities, including showers, before guests check in. When we received a report in the morning that the shower head had come off and broken, our team immediately checked. From the physical condition of the damage and the position of the fragments, our team concluded that the damage was caused by unnatural pressure or hard pulling. We understand that no guests were taking a shower at that time, but based on our experience, damage like this is very rare without direct interaction. Therefore, according to our standard procedure, we informed the guest of the possibility of damage liability and asked for clarification. Regarding the absence of a telephone in the room, we noted this input as an evaluation for improving our service. However, we also provide a 24-hour reception service on the ground floor that can be accessed in case of emergency. We regret if the communication from the management was uncomfortable.
