The room was very clean and to check in was simple. However, the check out was horrible since I cut my stay short it became a nightmare. I paid up front for the full time but instead of refunding the difference of the days that I didn’t use they canceled my original payment to which needed to berefunded and tried to charge for the new amount to which the funds weren’t there. I kept telling them don’t do that since this was a secured card and didn’t work that way. I was about to leave to the airport and said I couldn’t take care of this now and I would let them know when they could charge the card. It took 3 days to finalize a process that could had been done in the beginning. Also they said they have a restaurant but they didn’t.

Excellent stay, will definitely go there again. Room cleaning and towel change could be accesed everyday and its in a quiet are with nearby convenience stores. The room was shockingly beautiful and everything clean

The cleanliness was absolutely spotless, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and quiet—perfect for a restful stay. The location is also ideal, with easy access to everything I needed. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special thanks to the front desk staff who went above and beyond when I couldn’t get a cab for over 40 minutes and had to return to the hotel. She kindly used her own taxi app to call one for me, which made all the difference. Highly recommended. I'd gladly stay here again!

Stayed for 18 days. Great location - between two subway stations. 25 to 30 minutes to Seoul central station. Clean, great amenities Free use of washing machine and dryer Value for money

The place looks great and very clean. I like that there’s staff present on site. We had trouble with our AC shutting off on its own. They moved us next door and everything was fine afterwards. Check out on time or they’ll charge you late fees.

最寄りの地下鉄が1番線なのでソウル中心地まで便利な位置にあります。ただし、最寄り駅から歩いて10分程度かかるので少し交通の便へ悪いです。バスだと1分程度で着くので、駅とホテルの最寄りバス停まで利用していました。ホテルの近くにコンビニが2ヶ所あり利用していました。チェックインアウトは自動精算機で無人でできるので便利でした。無料の洗濯機、乾燥機は2階から5階にありましたが、洗剤は持参が必要でした。wowopassもエントランスにあり便利でした。部屋の冷蔵庫には飲料水のペットボトルがあり水が飲めたのがよかったです。部屋も綺麗でベッドもフカフカで総合的に良いホテルでした。

Loistava sijainti ja todella hyvät tarjonta alueella paljon ruokapaikkoja. Hyvä julkinen yhteys Soulin keskustaan ja rauhallinen alue. Viihdyimme todella hyvin ja varmasti tulemme uudelleen.

除了交通較為不方便外，環境整潔度及洗衣烘衣設備很貼心，個人覺得CP值還算不錯！

전체적으로는 깔끔한 숙소입니다. 단점은 냉장고 성능이 너무 약해서 음료수가 많이 시원하게 되지 않습니다. 그리고 중국 투숙객이 다소 많으신데, 약간 소음을 들었습니다.

깔끔하고 출장용으로 완벽한 숙소입니다. 주차 공간도 꽤 넓고, 깔끔합니다. 다만 어메니티가 객실에 구비되어 있는 수가 적습니다.

가끔씩 출장때마다 이용하는데 내집처럼 참 청결하고 편안한 곳입니다. 가성비도 참 좋은곳이구요
