The best accommodation, full service

The views are breathtaking and beautiful. Don't forget to bring warm clothes and enough food.

Can't move on from the view, the room is very beautiful, the mountain view, the pool is clean even though the access to get there is full of challenges with a fairly steep road but it pays off with a very beautiful view, the staff are very helpful and friendly, everything is perfect 😎⛰️ want to come back if you have another holiday in Bali

The room was full of flies, the bathroom was damp and smelly and not well maintained, but the view was okay.

good, just be careful with the parking if you take a small car.. if you go here using Gmaps, you can be directed via the route with the black lava which is very extreme if you go there, it's better to go via the city

It's a shame there are so many flies and it's hard to find food around the inn. I also had to pay for an extra bed for the 3rd day, even though we checked out on the 2nd day because there were too many flies and it was hard to find food outside.

the view at this hotel is so beautiful, I want to come here again. I wake up feeling like I'm in a land above the clouds. Highly recommended for those who want to come here to relieve fatigue from the hustle and bustle of work etc. the room is very clean, the food is delicious especially the mujair nyat nyat. Poor service, poor room facilities, especially the toilet is not good. For this price, it's not worth it to buy, better to find a nice villa

The access road to the hotel is very extreme.. Sand trucks also pass on the same road, even though the narrow road only fits 1 car.. Access up and down, until our car tires overtake.. Arriving at the hotel, got a room with a very good view paid off by our efforts on the road.. However, my husband and I only stayed one night in the room because of the piercing / rep repan.. The room was nice, but we were disturbed by invisible creatures.. Up to 3 times I woke up and finally we both chose not to sleep.. The second day when I wanted to check out, wanted to order food around 11.00 from the service said the restaurant was closed and there was no stock.. It seems like this is the first and last time we stay here.. The staff is also not very friendly..

No need to ask about the view, it's great! But. The roof is leaking & damp so it's moldy. The bathroom floor is always wet so it looks dirty and not dry. If possible, give it hexos so it's not damp. Either because it's the harvest season / in an agricultural area, so there are lots of flies! My personal rating for this villa is 2/5. At that price it's really #%<!]*!{+]¥?#. Thank you

The mountain view is unbeatable 😍 The villa is comfortable, all the electronic tools are complete and functioning.

the natural scenery is very beautiful. highly recommended. very cold. if you go there by vehicle, be careful because the fog is super bad.

Located in Pinggan village, which is 13 km from the center of the trendy cafe with an up and down and winding road. Advice for those who stay here, you can call the admin to be directed to the road because if you follow the map, you will take the shortest road which is definitely steep & dangerous for small cars because the offroad route is chosen. For the rooms and services, only during the day there are lots of flies

The room or villa did not match the picture in the app. Luckily, the staff was friendly and helpful.
