Great staff had a very comfortable customer service

This is one of the newest and recently opened Properties under All / accor here on Tbilisi. Beautiful property, amazing service. Always served with a smile and pleasant welcome. 100 percent recommended. It is walkable to all the main attractions, metro, shopping, happening night life.

Special thanks to friendly and caring pretty girls on reception Ani and Mariami and boys too, such as Luka, Niko and all of them! Thank You!

It was a good property. They didn’t have any bell boys. I thought that was really strange. A hotel needs baggage helpers and a concierge. Besides that all was great.

Awesome stay in tbilisi. Highly recommend.

A part de l'air conditionné qui soufflait chaud et qu'on n'arrivait pas à régler, tout s'est très bien passé. L'hôtel bien situé, calme et très propre. Le bus 337 pour aller à l'aéroport juste à quelques mètres. Le hyper centre accessible à pieds en 20 min.

Rigtig god placering 5 min. nord for Rustaveli Avenue med offentlig transport (1 lari = 2,50 DKK per time, kreditkort knán anvendes) eller 15 min. i gåafstand. Hotellets indretning og standard lever helt op til de fire stjerner. Store værelser, rigtig fin morgenmad, god egen restaurant. I forhold til prisen får man meget for pengene. Det kan godt betale sig at benytte deres tilbud om taxiservice fra og til lufthavnen til 80 GEL.
