When we arrived at the reception, the floor was extremely dirty, I don't know if it was due to rain or what, but it didn't look pleasant. When we entered the room, there was a musty smell, like wet socks. Otherwise, it was fine, just a little bothered by the smell. Otherwise, it was okay because it was close to the city center and easy to find food. There was also ample parking in the back.

I've stayed here several times but now the floor is a bit sticky

The check in and check out process is easy and fast. The room is simple and clean, just a bit musty smell in the bathroom. The cleanliness of the lobby area needs to be improved. Overall okay

There was only 1 receptionist, so it made the check-out process take a long time.

I got a room that was right in front of the main road. Wow, I couldn't sleep because of the sound of motorbikes and cars passing by.

Better canteen and smoking area

Thankfull, the room is clean, but what's disappointing is the many cockroaches, it's a bit bad mood because it turns out there are 2 cockroaches, that's what's visible, I don't know about the invisible ones. If it's the staff, the only friendly one is the receptionist, the security guard is rude, there's no smile at all, even when I said thank you, even my say thank you was not answered by the man, please brief the security guard again, he's in charge today, Monday, May 26, I checked out around 9:30 in the morning, it's a bit sad when I found out he didn't reply at all, he didn't even smile, even though I was very friendly as a guest, I work in the hospitality world also in a 5-star Jakarta, actually it doesn't look at low or high stars, all hospitality as far as I know must be friendly and serve the guest from the heart, but it's very unfortunate that it's not implemented by the Sans Hotel Tajur security guard, Thank You!

Quiet and calm atmosphere, comfortable

First of, staff not very friendly, perhaps beacuse we arrived in serious wet condition caused by heavy rain. Second, reception area was dirty, sofa, also all hotel area, whether the floor, inside hotel wall, elevator wall, especially the room, so so horrible, all area dirty, including the window glass, how could this place is called hotel? Last but not least, how could you didn’t replace bed sheets with a new one, what’s wrong with you? Sans hotel, this is one of the reason hoteliers industry’s falling down.

The employees are miscommunicated, not according to the application either. Ordered a smoking room but got a non-smoking room. At the end of checkout, I was fined 250 thousand. Even if there were no smoking rooms, they should have informed the guests. Thanks.

Comfy place for a short stay, near the city center. And everywhere I go, I always search Sans.

The location is quite strategic, close to the city center.

Strategic location, clean room. It's just a shame that you have to ask for a toothbrush first and it's not immediately available in the room, toilet tissue is not replaced, so again you have to ask first. Check in is fast, but if you can, give a smile. We pay, not a free stay.
