Easy check-in, strategic location. Room cleanliness and kitchen equipment could be improved.

Check in mudah, lokasi strategis. Kebersihan kamar dan peralatan masak mohon ditingkatkan kembali.

Stayed here with six people, and the place and cleanliness were okay.
But it's a shame they don't provide mineral water in each room.
And there aren't even towels provided in the rooms, so you have to ask for them.

Hopefully, the service will improve in the future, because it's a shame that the place is nice but the service is so lacking.

Tetapi sayang banget di tiap kamar masa ga dikasih air mineral sih?
Dan handuk pun tidak disediakan di kamar, jadi harus minta dulu baru dikasih…
Semoga ke depannya lebih diperbaiki lagi ya kak untuk service-nya, karena sayang banget tempatnya bagus tetapi untuk service kurang banget

My first time in Lembang and I chose to stay here. I stayed for two nights. The room was clean, the food was delicious, the amenities were complete, and we could even cook. The caretaker was very kind, and the owner, oh my God, was very friendly and kind.

Pertama kali ke Lembang dan memilih menginap di sini. Pengalaman ku 2 malam. Kamar-nya bersih, makanan-nya enak-enak, perlengkapan-nya di kamar lengkap, bisa masak-masak juga. Bapak penjaga-nya baik banget, owner-nya masya Allah ramah dan baik banget.

The place is ok, but if possible, add facilities in the room like toothbrushes.

Tempat-nya ok, tapi kalau bisa ditambah fasilitas untuk di kamar seperti sikat gigi.

The place is new, so the restaurant isn't finished yet, but the place is OK for families, there is a swimming pool, the facilities in the rooms are complete, the room conditions are clean, the bathroom & hot water are available, for my unit there is a bathtub. Overall OK & recommended for families.

Tempat baru, jadi restonya belum jadi, tapi tempatnya Ok buat keluarga, ada kolma renang, fasilitas di kamar lengkap, kondisi kamar bersih, kamar mandi & air panas tersedia, untuk unit saya ada bathtub. Overall OK & rekomen untuk keluarga.
