Decent property

Overall, the hotel itself is very nice—you can tell it's a newer property. It's beautifully decorated and has a fresh, modern feel. The standout feature for me was the staff. Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and accommodating. A special shoutout to **Rudmi**, who was absolutely amazing, and **Adriaan**, who was also wonderful. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality from every staff member I interacted with. The room was a good size and comfortable, but I was disappointed with the bathroom setup. It seemed like this part of the design was overlooked. The door was awkwardly placed, and I found myself bumping into it often, even though I was traveling alone. There wasn't enough shelving for personal items, and the bathtub sat unusually high, which I found inconvenient. Location-wise, the hotel wasn’t ideal for me. You definitely need transportation to get anywhere, as there’s not much within walking distance. Fortunately, the hotel does offer a shuttle with a limited schedule, which worked out during my stay—I was able to get to the mall and take the metro from there to explore the city. Overall, my stay was pleasant thanks to the wonderful staff and clean, well-maintained property. However, due to the bathroom design and location, I don’t think I’d choose to stay here again.

Great time

1. Very SLOW check in (I told receptionist I had 15 hours flight), 2. even with 2 concierges you can’t get any help, they only talk … useless. 3. I was late for a booked Tour and therefore lost money only because the beach shuttle did not arrive on schedule (2:10 pm) but was 25 minutes late.

We recently booked the most expensive suite available at this hotel, anticipating a luxurious experience with a city view. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were assigned a suite on the second floor overlooking the desert and exposed to significant highway noise. Prior to our stay, we had requested a room with a pleasant city view through Expedia and reiterated this preference at the reception during check-in. Regrettably, our request was denied without a satisfactory explanation. The combination of an undesirable view and constant noise from the highway significantly detracted from our stay. Given the premium price paid for the suite, we expected better accommodation and more attentive service to our preferences. This experience has left us hesitant to recommend this hotel to others seeking a premium stay.

Excellent location on the Dubai canal. Staff extremely friendly and caring from head doorman Sidhu to breakfast host Hasheem. We highly recommend and will stay again!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet selection is vast. There was work going on to complete the promenade at the rear of the hotel, along the canal, so access was limited. The shower has very low pressure and did not maintain it's temperature, running from hot to luke warm constantly. The drive to a d from the hotel to anywhere involves 3 passes of basically the same road as you have to turn left out of the hotel and drive for 3-4 mins before going around and then coning back up the same road. And then you have to do rhe sanw thing again to around the other side of the canal. A bit annoying.
