Friendly, helpful staff, around the hotel there are many delicious and affordable halal restaurants, very nice for walking around & window shopping. Spacious rooms, smooth wifi, smooth AC, smooth hot water, next time I want to stay longer here.

Strategic location, Alhamdulillah, clean and tidy room.

The place is great. It is clean and comfortable with strategic location - many attractions and restaurants around. The bed and furnitures are good and look new. I love this place. There is a good security here as access card is required to enter the hotel. It is important as this area is a busy place. The downside is it is quite hard to find parking around the hotel and the traffic is quite exhausting during peak hours (up until 9-9.30pm). Their reception is not open for 24 hours so need to adjust on check-in and there is a charge for late check-in (but only after 1am). Check-out is simple can just drop the key and tp fill up form - as I checked out before 8am and there is no receptionist yet (I was here on a business trip). Other facilities there are a water dispenser and iron with board provided in the common area. Overall I love this place it is a lot better experience than what I expected, given the price. Truly value for money. Recommended👍👍

bersih, selesa, TV best, just took some time to find the entrance lift. Safety is realy good, cause will need access card to enter the hotel. Would be better if there is sign at the lift to go to level 1. (luckily my guess was right)
