My Points

Very clean very nice ..only need to change the knob in the bathroom

The properly is owned and operated by a local Philippine family. They were  kind and hospitable. However, there is an active construction site next door and they are VERY loud( 7am-4pm). I think the owners should be transparent about this on Expedia so that customers can decide whether they want to stay here or not.
