The owner is cute, the room is clean as pictured, the soundproofing is a bit poor but not too bad.

Last time I experienced Era at Tran Thai Toong. Because I went to Hanoi for work, I checked in late. I called to ask if I could check in late? The homestay said that you had already paid for this, so it was okay. Yesterday, I finished checking in at 12 o'clock, and the lady here had a rather unpleasant voice when I checked in. When checking my name, she couldn't find my name so she didn't let me check in. I was still okay with her following the rules, so I was fine. I could go somewhere else, sometimes it was because the app had an error or something. But the problem worth mentioning was her attitude, which was very bad. I won't mention anything specifically, but as a customer, when I saw her upset, I was very patient because I understood that it was late, but yesterday she kept getting upset with me, so I decided to leave in the middle of the night. I hope you can improve your service. Thank you.

The room is stable, has all the basic and essential things, clean, a bit small but has a window so it's airy. Opposite Duc Anh snail restaurant, ok. Haven't used the TV yet so don't know how it is.
