My personal opinion. I spent nearly 400k to stay overnight because I wanted a good place to stay with modern facilities. But the room was small, the facilities were old, the TV used a box so it was very slow. Honestly, with this price, I could have stayed overnight at the surrounding hotels, even much cheaper. Because I went to a wedding nearby, I also wanted a good place to stay, but when I checked in, I was a bit disappointed. The best thing for me is that this is an apartment so it's less awkward to get in and out than a hotel.

Enthusiastic, dedicated and attentive staff

The room was clean, not dirty, but it looked old, ugly, and messy from the outside in. It looked more like a motel than an apartment (there was a kitchen but no pots, pans, or dishes, the air conditioner in my room was unstable, constantly turning on and off...). The room rate was expensive, not cheap, in general, it was not worth the money.
