The hotel saw this review and understood the reason, because I went right on the holiday and booked a room, when checking in they said it was sold out, I sympathized with the holiday, but the hotel's hygiene and problem solving were poor, but I highly appreciate the staff, they listened to customers' opinions and acknowledged the mistakes of both staff and management, the service in the restaurant was impeccable, enthusiastic and cheerful, and the food was also very delicious.
