The hotel staff is very friendly, the check-in process is fast and not complicated, the room is clean, the bathroom is also clean. I deliberately chose the Senopati area because it is close to everywhere with my destination.

the most comfortable, nice and cheap place around Senopati. unfortunately there are still some things that could be input for improvement starting from the shower which is like a spring and difficult to adjust, many times I have stayed here the soap dispenser seems to need to be replaced because it is broken, and the TV is not smart yet. the rest is excellent.

The elevator and reception area are a bit narrow, so it is not very comfortable for the check in process. The room comfort is sufficient.

The staff is nice, the staff can also speak a little English, when I asked they said that Koreans, Singaporeans, Australians often stay here. The room is very comfortable for two people and the architectural design of the room is cool, the bathroom water is clean and doesn't smell, it's nice to take a shower, the AC is very cold, don't worry. Next time I will stay here again. So it's one of the options for staying in the future

The AC is not very cold, I went there twice and the AC was not cold, even though it is new but the AC is not well maintained, it's a shame. Overall, the cleanliness is okay and comfortable, but the AC is very unfortunate
