The property was okay, but the rooms were not clean. The floors were sticky and the tub was dirty.

Bathroom fan broken, and room smelled like some weird smell. Floor was dirty. Staff was nice though.

My stay was good the top lock on the door didn't work floor needed to be cleaned when you used the sink in the bathroom the water went everywhere even when the water was on low the coffee machine didn't have coffee not cups the chairs needed to be cleaned

The staff was nice and friendly and helpful. The room was a little hard to find and when I got in the room the floor was really slippery. Kind of greasy. There were dead bugs on the bed and on the furniture. Bugs on the wall. The room looked like nobody had stayed in it for a while so nobody cleaned it properly.

For a night- yes For 6 nights- no Room had no closet, no hooks in bathroom, nowhere to hang a towel or a shirt, it smelled musty, however, we slept well (beds comfortable) and toilet and shower were in good working order.

Easy booking, no issues on checkout either. Only problem would be overall cleanliness of room.

Had a great stay. The place is clean and smells clean. Looks like golf pro shop which is different. Had a few of my managers stay with me as well. One actually left an extended stay to move to where we were. Will be staying here in al future trips to PHL.

The accommodations and service do not live up to their good rating. It appears in certain areas or they are trying like in the decor and bathroom features however the building is old, dirty in some areas and the beds are uncomfortable.

The night receptionist was very unwelcoming and did not care when I notified him of the uncleaniest of the patio window. He stated that it was on the outside so it was fine, i said no its on the inside. He said the cleaning staff was not there and he will go in 29 minutes, when we can back it was still there and he was gone. I let the staff now during checkout while showing him the picture he said ok. The hallway had a smell as well as the room, smelt like it was cleaned with an old rag/mop
