Very disappointing, not as ordered, dirty.

Please upgrade it more for the sake of customer comfort. The bathroom is dirty, the toilet has moss near the drain, and the tap is leaking + the AC is not cold at all, and there are so many cigarette butts in the drawers, it really looks like it's not being taken care of. Please, housekeeping can do a better job of maintaining the comfort + cleanliness of the room🙏. Really disappointed even though my husband and I'm the first time because we wanted to watch our bestie get married the next day, so we stayed there. We booked it well in advance on the app. I thought it would be like the picture.
