Excellent hotel. Castros coffee shop superb!

Great stay! Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Nice communal spaces. Enjoyed being a bit further out from the noise of the buzzy city centre.

I would 10/10 stay here again. The property and amenities are incredible and I love the fact that hey allow you to enjoy them after check out. Makes it so enjoyable if you have a later flight like us. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice. The food is incredible and the pool is refreshing.

The staff was all super friendly and the food on their property was great! It came in handy for days when we walked too much and didn’t feel like going too far for dinner.

Overall, pleasant stay

Great location, smaller room but we'll appointed. Really great having a small kitchenette in the room and having a washing machine in the room was amazing. Great vibe to the entire property would definitely stay here again.

Great location, modern and very chic.

Amazing staff, nice property, room was a bit small. We did have a broom closet right outseide of our room and it seems maybe that did interfere with the floor plan a bit but the room felt a little cramped.

Customer service was excellent. Jose of the front desk gave a thorough info about the hotel; he was friendly and professional even at our almost-midnight check-in. Room was spacious and clean. Beautiful dining within the hotel property. One thing that needs improvement is the load/unload area in front of the hotel. There basically was not a safe space to get in and out to the hotel so our Rideshare had to pick us up or drop off at a hectic and unsafe manner. I don’t know if it’s due to construction,

Clean spacious rooms and nice courtyard area

probably the worst mattress I've slept on. Room make-up is extra 40 euros, which is unheard-of.
