Almost the perfect property in most respects, except the breakfast could be a lot better as some things e.g. scrambled eggs were poorly done (hard jello like), hash browns soggy and pastries could be hit and miss. Staff are incredibly friendly and always very helpful. Location is brilliant to easily access public transport to go anywhere and some sightseeing options within reach e.g. the awesome Schonbrunn palace

A comfortable bed in a clean property close to the U4 train line and basic amenities. Breakfast is included and very popular, so get up early to enjoy it.

Good breakfast buffet and long hours (06:00-11:00AM). Rooms are super clean and comfortable. Bathroom is super. Close to U-bahn station (3 min walk), accessible to trams, buses. A/C is a must during summer.

The Service was good. The personnel were courteous and helping. The ambiance was happy. The breakfast was delicious and appetizing. The room was clean and was cleaned thoroughly.

For a hotel that has HILTON in its name, I was surprised that during my stay there were power cuts in the room many times. I had to notify this and it was very uncomfortable. The staff's explanation that I may have used too many power adapters for my mobile phone in the room made me smile.

I could restore my luggage which was a good thing.

It was good, I didnot like my room as it was road side the reception staff was very adaptive to my request and immediately changed by room. I appreciate the quick response

It was a very nice hotel. Excellent condition and nice location. Easy to get to all major sites as it is close to train station. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great modern hotel with good transport links into Vienna. Clean and modern room with good staff. Downsides in my opinion are that the surrounding area is run down and wouldn’t advise going out alone; breakfast choices limited and food hardly warm / cold; would benefit from providing a dining service instead of just breakfast; tv channels limited and no possibility of using smart services (Netflix etc).

A little bit further from the city center but accessible via tram or train. I would say in a quieter area of the city. The room itself was clean and a good size. Has a nice entry way for coats and shoes. Has a dresser that serves as a coffee station. Has a clean and spacious bathroom with a rain shower. Even has a small sitting area. Breakfast was included with booking and they had a decent spread but it was the same for the days we were there so not much variety. Maybe they have a weekly rotation? I can't be sure. Giving 4 star because we did not have the most welcoming reception on arrival. I perceived it as blunt and unfriendly. Could only assume this is a cultural or social difference?

Power cut out in room each day when using hotel hairdryer, took too long to get power back each day Reception said it’s because too many things are plugged in at the same time ( no warning in room if this is the case) Reception hung up the phone on me saying too busy phone back in 5 minutes- I don’t find this acceptable
